FOOD WORKSHOP
Pelin Dumanlı
05th November 2022, at 16:00, Foodrum
What do we know about the “gastronomy” of ancient people ? What did they use to eat in this geography ? What did this land offer them as food? How and what did they cook? What were their eating habits?
Pelin Dumanlı, an expert in the history of food, will try to answer these questions together with a selection of “antique” recipes. We hope that this event will open a new era in Bodrum’s cultural life by bringing forward the relation between ancient times and today’s gastronomy.
